Guidelines for Submission

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 13th International Tunicate Meeting. Your contribution is crucial and we highly value your input.

Please read the submission guidelines carefully before submitting an abstract.

Deadline for abstract submission: Thursday, April 30th 2026.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Submitting authors will be informed by the decision of the committee by end of May 2026.

Abstracts must be submitted online via the website.

The abstract must be submitted in English.

The submitting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission.

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

1. Presenting author’s contact details:

a) Full family name(s), initial(s) of first name(s)

b) Affiliation details

c) Email address

2. Additional author’s/authors‘:

Full family name(s), initial(s) of first name(s)

Abstract title – limited to 30 words.

Abstract text – limited to 300 words 

To submit your abstract, click on the ‘Submit abstract’ button at the end of the process.

After your abstract is submitted, changes will not be possible.

Please contact us if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been submitted.

Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
